National Enterprises Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting

National Enterprises Limited reminds shareholders that the Annual Meeting will be held virtually on 5^th November 2020 at 10:00 am.

To register for the Meeting, please visit www.nel.co.tt and click on the button “Annual Meeting 2020” for details.

You will need to:

• Pre-register by completing the Registration Form. Corporate shareholders are reminded that in addition to registering they must submit their completed proxy forms to the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository by 3^rd November 2020. These forms may be downloaded from the company’s website.
• Provide a copy of a national ID (National ID, Drivers Permit or Passport).
•  Have a registered Zoom account (available free of charge) ensuring that the email address that you intend to use to attend the meeting is associated with the Zoom account.
