In light of the most recent COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and guidelines issued by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, the Board of Directors of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited (the Company) wishes to advise that after careful consideration of the information, it has taken the decision to postpone the Forty-Second Annual Meeting of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited schedule for Tuesday 20^th August, 2020. We will advise shareholders of the new date for the Annual Meeting at the earliest opportunity.
