GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 24^th September 2020 for 40 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $396 million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 4^th September 2020. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 4^th September 2020 to 11^th September 2020.

This was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 30^th July 2020.
