Angostura Holdings Limited - Guidelines for Attendees of the Thirty-Eighth Annual Meeting

Angostura Holdings Limited (the Company) wishes to remind shareholders that its Thirty-Eight Annual Meeting for the year ended December 31, 2019 will be held on the 5^th day of August 2020, at 2:00pm at queens Hall, 1-3 St Ann’s Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

Registration of shareholders / proxies will commence at 12:00pm to facilitate all required COVID-19 protocols.
