JMMB Group Limited - Delay in the publication of Annual Report for the year ending March 31st 2020

On behalf of the Board and Management of JMMB Group Limited, we wish to notify our shareholders that the JMMB Group Limited Annual Report for the year ending March 31, 2020, is delayed. The delay is a result of the extended auditing process, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the jurisdictions, similar to Jamaica, experienced varying levels of lockdowns and extended curfews.

The publication of the JMMB Group Limited Annual Report for period ending March 31, 2020, will be made available by August 31, 2020. In order to support a contact-less system and ensure all shareholders have access to the report, due to the temporary suspension of outgoing mail to various countries by the Jamaica Post and Telecommunication Services (Jamaica Post), the Annual Report will be accessible on www.jmmb.com or www.stockex.co.tt
