Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited - Changes to Board of Directors and Executive Management

Sagicor Financial Company Ltd. (the Company) hereby advises of the following changes:

• The resignation of Monish Dutt and Douglas (Rik) Parkhill as directors of the Company effective June 30, 2020.
   
• The election by the shareholders of Mr Gilbert Palter and Mr Jonathan Finkelstein as directors of the Company on June 30, 2020.
   
• The retirement of Mr J. Edward Clarke as an Executive of the Company as a result of his retirement as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sagicor Life Inc, Barbados on June 30, 2020.
   
• The appointment of Mr Roger Paul Inniss to the position of  Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sagicor Life Inc, Barbados subject to final regulatory approval.
