JMMB Group Limited - Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited's Leadership Movement

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from JMMBGL advising on the following changes in the leadership of its subsidiary, Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited:

• Mrs. Keisha Forbes, has been promoted into the role of Chief Country Officer (Jamaica). Ms. Forbes has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited since November 2014, and she will continue to hold this position. In her role as Chief Country Officer, she will have oversight and responsibility for the Jamaican entities; and
   
• Mr. Kwame Brooks, who currently holds the position of General Manager, Trading & Treasury, will assume the additional responsibility/role of Country Treasurer effective July 01st, 2020
