Guardian Media Limited - Change in Senior Officer

Guardian Media Limited (“the Company”) wishes to advise that Mr. A. Nicholas Sabga has resigned from the position of Managing Director to assume a strategic role at ANSA McAL Limited. His resignation from the Company is effective June 30th, 2020.

Further, Guardian Media Limited is pleased to announce that Mr. Brandon Khan has been appointed to the position of Managing Director effective July 1st, 2020.
