JMMB Group Limited - Delay in the publication of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31st, 2020

JMMB Group Limited regrets to advise that there has been a further delay in the release of JMMB Group Limited’s audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2020, which was due for release by June 30, 2020.

We now anticipate that the audited statements will be published on or before July 14, 2020.

Unfortunately, this delay will also impact the release of the Group’s 2020 Annual Report, which now expect to be available in the public domain on or before August 31, 2020.
