Ansa McAL Limited - Change in Senior Officer

ANSA McAL Limited (‘ANSA’) wishes to announce that Mr. Ray A. Sumairsingh will cease to act as Group Finance Director of the Company effective June 30th, 2020. Mr. Sumairsingh will, however, remain a Director on the Company’s Board of Directors (“the Board”).
