NCB Financial Group Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Sheree Martin as General Manager, Customer Experience and Organizational Health of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (“NCBJ”), its major Jamaican banking subsidiary, effective July 13, 2020.
 

With significant leadership experience, Sheree is known for developing rounded leaders, driving organizational transformation and delivering business value. Her return to NCBJ comes in furtherance of the commitment to prioritise two critical strategic pillars – delighted customers and inspired people and culture.
