Calypso Macro Index Fund - Re-appointment of a Director to the Trinidad & Tobago Unit Trust Corporation

In accordance with Sections 7(2), (5A) and (6) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Ch. 83:03, the Board of Directors of the Trinidad and Tobago Units Trust Corporation (TTUTC) reappointed Ms. Lorraine Kam and Mr. Dominic Rampersad as Independent Directors to the Board of the TTUTC, for a period of one (1) year, with effect from June 6 and June 12, respectively.
