GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 15th June 2020 of $0.25 per stock unit or a total of approximately $248 million to the stakeholders on record at the close of business on 29th May 2020. The company's Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 29th May 2020 to 5th June 2020.

This was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 14th May 2020.
