NCB Financial Group Limited - Notice of Material Information

NCB Financial Group Limited announced that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 30, 2020, a decision was taken not to declare an interim dividend in the prevailing circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Board further determined that, subject to the occurrence of any relevant changes, the Board would be unlikely to declare interim dividends for the remainder of the financial year.

This decision follows a press release issued by the Bank of Jamaica on April 24, 2020, captioned “Suspension of Dividends Due to the Novel COVID-19 Virus”.
