First Citizens Bank Limited - Updated Notice of Record Date and Annual Meeting

In accordance with paragraph 13.1 of By-Law No. 1 of First Citizens Bank Limited (“the Company”), the Directors of the Company have fixed June 10, 2020 as the date of the Twenty-Third Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Formal notice and further details of the meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members as at May 11, 2020 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.

CLOSING OF REGISTER

The Register of Members will therefore be closed on May 11, 2020.
