The Company advises that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 22, 2020, a final dividend of $0.17 per
share was recommended for the financial year ended December 31, 2019. The Company further advises as follows:

• The payment date: October 29, 2020;
• The record date: October 08, 2020; and
• The ex-dividend date: October 06, 2020
