CinemaOne Limited - Postponement of Annual Meeting

In light of the C0VID-19 pandemic, and the consequential national guidelines in respect to gatherings, the Board of Directors of CinemaONE Limited advises that the Annual Meeting of the company scheduled for April 22, 2020 is postponed until July 28, 2020.
 

Formal Notice of the annual meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.
