Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of Change in Dividend Payment

In the Prestige Holdings Limited 2019 year-end Chairman’s Statement, published on 27th February 2020, it was announced that the Board approved a final dividend of 20 cents for 2019, to be paid on 18th May 2020, subject to shareholder approval. Given the current circumstances with our business as a result of the coronavirus COVID-19 virus and the uncertain macro-economic outlook, we now believe that it would not be prudent to pay a final dividend for 2019. This is what the Board will be recommending to shareholders at the next Annual Meeting.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
