Guardian Holdings Limited - Delay in the convening of Annual Meeting

Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL “the Company”) has considered the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to safeguard the well-being of all shareholders and stakeholders, wishes to advise its shareholders that the Company has taken a decision to delay the convening of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, previously schedule for May 7, 2020, to July 30, 2020.

Formal Notice of the annual meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.

GHL apologies for any inconvenience which may be caused due to the above changes.
