Notice to Shareholders

Unilever Caribbean Limited (UCL) advises that due to the far-reaching effects of the Coronavirus - Covid 19, it was unable to publish its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2019 by the due date of March 30, 2020. UCL apologises for the delay, due to circumstances outside of its control, and undertakes to publish the Financial Statements by April 15, 2020.
