PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND

Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31st, 2019, the Directors have declared a final dividend of fourteen cents (14¢) per share payable on May 26th, 2020 to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at May 8th, 2020 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the payment of dividend.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fifty–Third (53rd) Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited (“the Corporation”) will be held on Thursday July 16th, 2020 commencing at 2:00 p.m. at PLIPDECO’s Conference Centre, PLIPDECO House, Orinoco Drive, Point Lisas Industrial Estate, Couva, Trinidad.

The date of the meeting is subject to change due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
