National Enterprises Limited - Postponement of Annual Meeting

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors of National Enterprises Limited (NEL) advise that after careful consideration of the guidelines set out by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in respect to gathering the 20^th Annual Meeting of the company schedule for March 26^th, 2020 is postponed until further notice.
