Appointment of Group Finance Director
 

Agostini’s Ltd wishes to announce the following change to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Barry Davis will be joining the Group as Finance Director with effect from April 1, 2020.

Mr. Davis was until January 2020 a Non-Executive Director of Agostini’s Ltd and Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee.

Immediately prior to joining Agostini’s Ltd, Mr. David was the Financial Controller of Atlantic LNG and previously a Partner of Ernst & Young.

This notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act 2012.
