GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 6^th April 2020 of 40 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $397 million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 16^th March 2020. The Company’s register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 16^th March 2020 to 23^rd March 2020.
 

This was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 27^th February, 2020.
