Agostini's Limited - Resignation of a Senior Officer

Mr. Rajesh Rajkumarsingh, the Finance Director of Agostini’s Limited has resigned his position with effect from March 31, 2020.

Mr. Rajkumarsingh has played a key role in the management of the Group’s finance function for more than six years and has been a key member of the Agostini’s corporate management team and a directors of several of the Group’s subsidiary companies.
