Agostini's Limited - Notice of Change in Director

Agostini’s Limited announced the following change to its Board of Directors. Mr. Barry Davis has reached the 12 year term limit for Non- Executive Directors and will step down from the Board of Directors on January 31, 2020.

The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Christian Mouttet, noted the sterling contribution made by Mr. Davis over the years as both a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
