Unilever Caribbean Limited - Resignation and Appointment of Senior Officer

The public is hereby notified that Ms. Lucy Walsh will complete her current assignment as Managing Director of Unilever Caribbean Limited effective October 31^st, 2017.

Ms. Walsh also tendered her resignation from our Board of Directors effective October 31^st, 2017.

We would like to thank Ms. Walsh for her effort and contributions towards the organisation and we wish her the best in her future endeavours.

We also advise of the appointment of Mr. John De Silva, who will assume the position of Managing Director on 1^st November, 2017.

Mr. De Silva has been appointed to our Board of directors and Unilever Caribbean Limited’s Country Leadership Team effective 1^st November, 2017.
