Trinidad Cement Limited - Change in Senior Officer

Trinidad Cement Limited (“TCL”) hereby advises that Nigel Tozer has been appointed to the position of General Manager – Readymix (West Indies) Limited, as business unit of TCL, effective as of October 4, 2017.

Mr. Tozer replaces Mr. Ricardo Garcia Viani – TCL Group Strategic Planning Manager, who has been appointed to act in the position from August 17, 2017 to October 4, 2017 in addition to his substantive duties.
