NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31st, 2016, the Directors have declared a final dividend of six cents (6¢) per share payable on May 26th, 2017 to shareholders on the Register of Members as at May 5th, 2017 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the payment of dividends.

Notice is hereby given that the Fiftieth(50th) Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited (“the Corporation”) will be held on Thursday June 8th, 2017 commencing at 2:00 p.m. at PLIPDECO’s Conference Centre, PLIPDECO House, Orinoco Drive, Point Lisas Industrial Estate, Couva, Trinidad.
