LEGAL NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64 (1)(b) OF THE SECURITIES ACT, 2012

ANSA McAL Limited (‘ANSA’) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Trevor Edwards to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer effective April 3rd, 2017. As a result, Mr. Edwards has vacated the position of Finance Director of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited (‘AMBL’) with effect from the same date.

ANSA and AMBL wish to congratulate Mr. Edwards on his appointment.
