Trinidad Cement Limited - Application for Delisting from the Jamaica Stock Exchange

Trinidad Cement Limited (“TCL” or “the Company”) hereby advises that its Board of Directors passed a resolution on February 23, 2107 authorizing the Company to make an application to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (“JSE” or “the Exchange”) pursuant to Rule 411B to delist the Ordinary Shares of TCL from the Exchange. The application was duly made on March 02, 2017.

The delisting will be effective on a date to be determined by the JSE.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012
