National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited - Notice of Scheme of Arrangement

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from NCBJ that the proposed Scheme of Arrangement among National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, NCB Financial Group Limited and their respective shareholders (the Scheme) was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of NCB Financial Group Limited held January 26th, 2017.

NCBJ further advised that the Scheme was also approved at the Annual General Meeting of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited held January 27th, 2017.

Sanctioning of the Scheme is scheduled to be considered by the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica on February 22nd, 2017 at 10:00a.m.
