CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ANGOSTURA HOLDINGS LIMITED (AHL)

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notification from AHL that Mr. Gerald Yetming resigned from the Board of Directors of AHL effective October 26th, 2015.

At a Board of Directors meeting held on October 29th, 2015, Mr. Maurice Suite was appointed as Director and Chairman of the Board of AHL effective October 29th, 2015.

The current Board of Directors of AHL comprises:

•  Maurice Suite;
•  Marlon Holder;
•  Krishna Boodhai;
•  Joseph Teixeira; and
•  Albert George Tom Yew
