Revised Dates – NGL Listing

Applicants for shares in Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (NGL) are asked to take note of the following revised dates:

• Expected notification of allotment of securities: October 14, 2015
• Expected electronic transfer of refunds via Automated Clearing House (ACH): October 14, 2015
• Expected listing date: October 19, 2015

This revision has become necessary given the recent appointment of the new Board of The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC), the selling shareholder of the shares in NGL. No additional delays are anticipated. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
