NEL - Reconstitution of Board of Directors

National Enterprises Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that, effective May 9, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company was reconstituted. Mr. Cletus Vincent was not re-appointed as a member on the Board, while the following persons were appointed members for a period of two (2) years.
