NCBJ - Proposed Acquisition of Advantage General Insurance Company Limited - Update

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that NCB Capital Markets Limited signed Agreements for Sale with AIC (Barbados) Limited and ACF Holdings Insureco Limited, the owners of 96.24% of the issued share capital of Advantage General Insurance Company Limited (“AGI”) for the purchase of their shareholdings in AGI for aggregate consideration of approximately J$3,090 million, subject to adjustment based on the book value of AGI at closing. Both Agreements are subject to regulatory approval.
