The Chairman of the Board of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited, Arthur Lok Jack, wishes to announce the retirement of Brian Young from the Company’s Board of Directors on December 31, 2012.

Mr. Young has served on the Board since September 1995 and has been the Company’s longest-serving Board Member.

Brian Young was the Chairman of Neal & Massy Group (Jamaica) Limited and a member of the Audit Committee of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited. A former Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Jamaica), Mr. Young is highly experienced in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and management information systems.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I wish to thank him for his wise counsel, his tireless commitment and dedication and his unwavering values which considerably strengthened our Board and redounded to the success of the Neal & Massy Group.
