NCBJ - Trading in Shares

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has informed the Stock Exchange of the following transactions:

- On December 18, 2012, a Director of the Company purchased 44,000 shares.
- On December 18, 2012, a Senior Manager of the Company purchased 2,296 shares.
- On December 18, 2012, a Director of the Company purchased 4,707 shares.
- On December 19, 2012, a Director of a subsidiary of the Company purchased 457 shares.
- On December 19, 2012, a Shareholder connected to a Director of the Company purchased 2,696 shares.

The above transactions were initiated by NCB Capital Markets Limited as broker, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment programme under which shareholders set up standing instructions for dividends payable to them to be used to purchase more shares. Therefore specific instructions were not given for these purchases.

- On December 19, 2012, a Senior Manager of a subsidiary of the Company purchased 14,900 shares.
