AMALIA MAHARAJ APPOINTED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Joseph Esau, Chairman of Agostini’s Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Amalia Maharaj as a non-executive director of the Company’s Board effective December 16th 2011.

Mrs. Maharaj obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from The University of the West Indies, and LEC (Merit) from the Hugh Wooding Law School. She is a Partner in the firm Pollonais, Blanc de la Bastide & Jacelon, and specializes in Corporate and Commercial matters. Mrs. Maharaj is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, a Board Member of the Heroes Foundation, and is married and the mother of one child.

We welcome Mrs. Maharaj to the Board of Directors of Agostini’s Limited.
