GraceKennedy Limited - Extra-ordinary General Meeting and Proposed Amendment of the Company's Articles

GraceKennedy Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of GraceKennedy Limited has approved the holding of an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 3:00pm at 73 Harbour Street Kingston, for the purpose of the consideration of a special resolution for the amendment of the company’s articles.

The proposed changes will allow the Company to dispatch its annual reports to shareholders in electronic format, such as CDs. The Company intends to make hard copies of its annual report available at the Annual General Meetings and upon request of members.
