National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited - Trading in Shares

National Commercial Bank (Jamaica) Limited has informed the Exchange that on December 13, 2011, the following transactions were executed:

- A shareholder connected to Directors of the company bought 4,287 shares.
- A shareholder connected to a Director of the company bought 1,138 shares.
- A shareholder connected to a Director of the company bought 71,550 shares.
- A shareholder connected to a Director of the company bought 1,500 shares.

The transactions were initiated by NCB Capital Markets Limited as broker, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment programme under which shareholders can set up standing instructions for dividend paid to them, to be used to purchase more shares. The parties therefore did not specifically instruct that these trades take place.
