RBL - Appointment of Director

Republic Bank Limited has informed the Exchange of the appointment of Ms. Dawn Callender, Director, Finance & Risk Management, The Power Generation Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited as a member of the Board of Directors of Republic bank Limited effective October 1st, 2011. Ms. Callender replaces Dr. Marjorie Thorpe who retired on September 30th, 2011.
