SBTT - Purchase of Shares by a Director and an Officer

Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Limited has informed the Exchange of the following recent purchases of its shares:

1. On September 16th, 2011, a Director of the Bank purchased 1,298 shares in the Company.
2. On September 16th, 2011, an Officer of the Bank purchased 700 shares in the Company.

It has also informed the Exchange that its advice sent on September 14th, 2011, which stated that a Director had purchased 1,000 shares in the Company, was not correct. The Director actually purchased 930 shares on September 8th, 2011.
