RBL - Consideration of dividend payment

Republic Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board meeting on September 21st, 2011, the following dates were considered and approved relative to the payment of final dividend for the year ending September 30th, 2011:-

Closing of Register/Record Date : Wednesday November 16th, 2011
Payment of Dividend : Friday December 2nd, 2011

At the Meeting to be held on Wednesday November 2nd, 2011, the final dividend payment will be tabled for approval.
