- A connected party to directors sold 8,961,485 shares on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
- A connected party to a director purchased 9,144,216 shares on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
- A connected party to a director purchased 10,855,784 shares on the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange.
