AMCL - Transfer and Conversion of shares of AMCL

Ansa McAl Limited has informed the Exchange of the following transactions:

On August 29th 2011, Ansa McAL Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) transferred 49,500 shares to a Director of Ansa McAL Limited, therefore decreasing its shareholdings from 2,233,525 to 2,184,025.

The Director mentioned above has opted to convert 49,500 of his ESOP shares to Ansa McAL Limited shares after attaining the age of retirement, therefore increasing his shareholding from 1,000 to 50,500 Ansa McAL Limited shares.
