FNCU Venture Capital Company Limited - Suspension of Trading

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (the Exchange) wishes to advise that pursuant to Stock Exchange Rule 601 (5), trading in FNCU Venture Capital Company Limited (FNCU) would be suspended, effective Monday July 11th 2011, until further notice.

FNCU has to date failed to submit audited annual financials for the year ended December 31st 2010. These statements are now in excess of ninety (90) days overdue and at the June 9th 2011 Board meeting, a decision was taken to suspend trading in the shares of FNCU after June 30th 2011 pending the receipt of their financials.
