Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Limited - Delisting of Variable Cumulative Preference shares

This is to advise of the following:

42,743,978 Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Limited Variable Cumulative Preference Shares (CCMBP) will be delisted from the Stock Exchange on Monday 4th July, 2011.

The delisting is pursuant to approval received from the Trinidad & Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission.
