TCL - Annual Meeting and Record Dates

Trinidad Cement Limited has advised the Exchange that its Board of Directors has fixed Friday July 15th, 2011 as the date for the Company’s Annual Meeting. The Directors have also fixed June 20th, 2011 as the record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of
the meeting.
