GML - Appointment of Directors

Guardian Media Limited has advised the Exchange that effective May 1st May, 2011, Messrs. Peter Clarke and Shaharyar Ali Khan were appointed Directors to the company’s Board of Directors.

They have further advised that Messrs. Larry Howai and Grenfell Kissoon have both resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from April 30th, 2011.
